Talisker ist die einzige Brennerei auf der Insel Isle of Skye in der Gruppe der Inneren Hebriden.

Seit dem Bau der Brücke zum schottischen Mainland in 1995 sieht die Isle of Skye im Sommer einen ständig wachsenden Besucherstrom.

Zusammen mit der weiten Verbreitung des Single Malts der Brennerei über die Serie The Classic Malts of Scotland hat man die Brennerei in den vergangenen Jahren ganz auf Besucher eingestellt. Es gibt nicht nur ein großes Besucherzentrum in dem man auf den Beginn seiner Führung warten kann und seinen Dram genießt. Die Führung endet in einem gut sortierten Shop, in dem man nicht nur Malts von Talisker sondern auch von den Rare Malts und der Flora & Fauna Serie findet.

Talisker is the only distillery on the Isle of Skye in the group of the Inner Hebridian Islands.

The island sees a steadily growing stream of visitors since the building of the bridge to the Scottish mainland.

The distillery was adjusted to this increasing number of visitors. There is a big visitor center as well as a good assorted shop with bottles also from the series of the Rare Malts and the Flora & Fauna.
