Seit dem 1.12.2004 hat Auchentoshan ein neues Visitor Center und führt auch Brennerei-Besichtigungen durch.

Auchentoshan wurde 1984 von Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd. gekauft und renoviert. 1994 wurde dann Morrison Bowmore von der japanischen Firma Suntory Ltd. gekauft.

Auchentoshan was bought and refurbished by Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd. in 1984. In 1994 Morrison Bowmore was bought itself by the Japanese corporation Suntory Ltd.
